I've made and sent over 16,000 orders so far, each one by hand, with a 4.9 star rating to show for it. Nothing here is outsourced and nothing is mass produced, I make every single piece myself, and your order gets exactly the same care as the very first one I ever made.

SHIPPING
Your keepsake gets carefully packed by hand and sent via Australia Post with tracking included. If you're in Australia and cutting it fine for a date, Express Post is worth choosing, just know it speeds up the postage, not the making, since every piece still comes through my hands first.

CARE NOTES
Handle your keepsake with care to keep it looking its best. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight for extended periods, moisture, and extreme heat. My pieces are made for display and gifting and are not toys, so please make sure children are supervised around them, and never hang them above cots or beds or within a child's reach.
Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth only.
As wood is a natural material, grain and texture may vary slightly between pieces, that's part of the charm of handmade.
