Do you take custom Orders?
Yes, we love bringing your ideas to life. Please send us a custom order request and let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Can you make a rush order?
We will always do our best to accommodate rush requests where possible. Please get in touch with your required date and we will let you know if we can prioritise your order. During peak periods such as Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Christmas, rush requests may be more difficult to fulfil.
What material are your products made from?
Our products are made from high-quality acrylic and/or timber, depending on the design. Each piece is carefully crafted and finished in our Melbourne workshop.
Can I have a proof of my order before its made?
Proofs are not automatically provided for every order, as this can slow down our production process and impact turnaround times. If you would like a proof, please request this at the time of purchase and we will be happy to organise one prior to your item being made.
Will I receive correspondence about my order?
A confirmation email is sent automatically as soon as your order is placed. If you haven’t seen this come through, please check your junk or spam folder, as it can sometimes end up there.
We try not to bombard you with emails, so we generally only reach out if we need to clarify something about your order. Otherwise, the next message you’ll receive from us will be your shipping notification once your item is on its way to you. Please refer to our turnaround times for an estimate on when your order will be dispatched.
What happens if I make a mistake in my order?
Please double-check all spelling, dates, and details before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update your order if it hasn’t entered production yet.
I have just placed my order, how long will it take before it is shipped?
As all of our products are personalised and made to order, our standard production time is up to 10 business days before your order is dispatched. This can vary during busy periods. Updates will be noted on our website.
Do you post to PO Boxes?
Yes we sure do!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide.
I’ve just placed my order, but I would like to add something to it. Can I do this without paying for shipping twice?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange combined shipping for you. If your order has already been sent, you will need to place a separate order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
As our products are made to order, cancellations or changes can only be made before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make an adjustment.
Do you offer the option for pick up?
At this stage we do not offer pickup.
How do I hang my sign?
Our signs do not come with hanging hardware. We recommend using 3M Command Strips as a simple, secure, and damage-free solution. These can be purchased from Bunnings, your local supermarket, or Officeworks.
