Can you make a rush order?
We will always try our best! Get in touch with us and let us know when you will need your order by and we will let you know if we are able to rush your order. During peak times such as Easter, Mothers Day, Fathers Day and Christmas it may be a little harder.
Can I have a proof of my order before its made?
We can organise a proof for you if it has been requested prior to you product being made.
I have just placed my order, how long will it take before it is shipped?
Because majority of our products are personalised it usually takes us between 5-7 days to create your order before the postie comes to collect it.
Do you post to PO Boxes?
Yes we sure do!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide.
I’ve just placed my order, but I would like to add something to it. Can I do this without paying for shipping twice?
Sure thing! If we haven’t dispatched your order yet and you would like to add to it, please get in contact with us ASAP so we can arrange combined postage for you. Unfortunately if your order has been sent already, you will need to place a separate order.
Do you offer the option for pick up?
At this stage we do not offer pickup.
