If there is an error with your order, or it has arrived damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to assist or replace your item if necessary.
We take great care to pack your items well to ensure they arrive just the way they were when they left our hands. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of your item and get in contact with us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to assist.

Wood grain and timber variation:
Every item in our shop is carefully hand made using high quality timber and will each have their own woodgrain markings. Some imperfections may be present in the wood making each piece wonderfully unique. We do not offer refunds because of wood grain markings.
Using our products safely:
Some items may contain small objects that could pose as a choking hazard to small children. Please know that these items are not toys, and should be used under adult supervision at all times.
It is not recommended to hang items above cots or beds within a small child’s reach.
