Shipping policy

Every piece is made to order, so please allow 2 weeks (10 business days) for us to create your order before it's dispatched. Busy times like Christmas, Mother's Day and Father's Day can take a little longer.

Free shipping in Australia

Standard post is free on Australian orders of $120 or more, based on your total after any discount codes. Keepsake Boxes and One Year Milestone Boards are too large for free shipping, so their postage still applies.
