Lovingly made from clear acrylic, high quality UV cured inks and hardwood this plaque can be personalised with your favourite photo and a customised message to your loved one.

There are four designs to choose from, each can be made in a Landscape or Portrait option.

Please note - This plaque measures 17cm wide x 17cm high and works best with a portrait photo, it can be done with a landscape photo however it will be cropped to fit the template.
